Policies & Guidelines

We prioritize your comfort and safety during your stay at Galena Road Cabins. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have outlined key policies regarding reservations, cancellations, pets, and other important aspects of your stay. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines to make the most of your visit.

                            Reservations

*Two-night minimum stay except when stated otherwise.

*Non-refundable 25% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation

*Balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date

                      Cancellation Policy

*All deposits are non-refundable.

*Cancellations 11 days before arrival will be refunded at 50% of the total reservation cost. 

*Cancellations 10 days before arrival or less will not receive a refund of any type (No Exceptions)

*No refunds for early departure

               Sturgis Rally Reservations

*The full week before the Sturgis Rally and the full 10 days of the Rally

*Five-night minimum, except with special permission

*Non-refundable 25% deposit is required when the reservation is made before March 1

*Final balance is due March 1

             Sturgis Rally Cancellations

*75% refund if Sturgis Rally cancellation is done before March 1

*No refunds after March 1 (No exceptions)

*No refunds for early departure

                  Check-in/Check-out

*Check-in: 3:00 PM (Mountain time)

*Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain time)

*Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Please be respectful of our other guests and reduce noise levels.

               Damage/Smoking Policy

*No Smoking inside the cabins

*Smoking is allowed outside - please dispose of trash and cigarette butts properly

*Smoking in the cabin will result in a $250 charge applied to your credit card.

*Any damages will be charged to your credit card

                              Pets

*Pets are allowed in the cabins

*Pets must be under control and well-mannered at all times

*Please clean up after your pets.

*If your pet creates a problem, you will be asked to board them in town.

                       Misc. Policies

*Cutting across our neighbor's private property is strictly prohibited.

*Campers or tents are not allowed.

*Please check our fire danger level before using fire pits

Galena Road Cabins will not be held liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from negligence of guests or friends of guests. Galena Road Cabins will not assume responsibility for loss, delay, or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
